Another surprise was the MFB-522 drum machine. This budget-friendly analog synthesizer from Moog is capable of some seriously fat bass sounds but it works incredibly well for kicks, too. My favorite part of the library is the collection of Moog Minitaur kicks. You’ll find some classic analog-style kicks, as well as some totally quirky sounds that can also work as percussion or sound effects.
